PMF wishes to provide an attractive work environment. We strive to achive a stable relationship with our employees and wish to maintain this relationship as long as possible.

We apply the CAO for the metal industry. Appropriate remuneration depends on personal experience and expertise. Participation in trainings or the attendance of schooling is possible in most cases. PMF compensates for the cost of additional education.
